Terms of use
These terms explain, in plain language, the basis on which the platform is made available. By using Clausevera, the user accepts that the service is provided as-is and remains responsible for reviewing all outputs critically before relying on them.
Support tool provided as-is
- Clausevera is made available as a support tool for reviewing contracts, including NDAs, employment agreements, and related business documents.
- The service is provided as-is, without any promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow or matter.
- Use of the platform means accepting that the software may have limits, omissions, or interpretation errors and that the user remains responsible for deciding how to use the output.
No guarantee of complete accuracy
- Document parsing, clause extraction, and AI-generated explanations depend on file quality, formatting, extracted text quality, and the wording of the source document.
- For that reason, Clausevera does not guarantee that the information shown is 100% correct, complete, up to date, or free from inaccuracies.
- Any summaries, risk indicators, or suggestions produced by the platform should be treated as working support material and not as final conclusions.
No legal advice
- Clausevera does not provide legal advice, professional advice, or a substitute for a human review of the underlying documents.
- The platform does not create a lawyer-client relationship, professional engagement, or fiduciary relationship with the user.
- If the document or its effects matter for a legal, commercial, or operational decision, the output should be checked by a lawyer or another qualified professional before it is relied on.
User responsibilities
- Users are responsible for the documents they upload and for ensuring they are allowed to process those materials through the platform.
- Users are responsible for checking extracted text, clause structure, AI output, and exported summaries before using them in practice.
- Access to workspaces should only be granted to people who are authorized to view the related documents and results.
Service scope, availability, and liability limits
- The product is designed for structured contract review workflows, and some features may evolve over time as the service changes.
- Features, usage thresholds, and availability may depend on the subscription plan associated with the workspace.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user accepts that Clausevera is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of platform output without appropriate human review.
